Position Description/Responsibilities:
Programmer/Analyst– SQL- IVR

Programmer/Analyst – Solutions Delivery Call Center (IVR solution+)
All candidates must be US citizens or have permanent US residency.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related

SCOPE OF WORK
Required skills:
9/10 verbal/written communication & facilitation skills. Must be able to help business counterparts in finding optimal solutions.
8/10 assertive leadership, organizational, project management skills
8/10 strong analytical and development skills. To create and test new and existing IVR flows and logic; to trouble shoot issues that arise with routing, delivery, and completion of phone calls or other media contact types. To create impromptu reports.
Strong relational database experience with database design and data access required. Strong SQL skills needed to create queries, procedures, and reports for the business.
Preferred skills:
Development experience with CTI, Speech Recognition (ASR, TTS, STT),
Database Integration using REST or SOAP APIs via Web Services, Webmethods and .NET.
Knowledge of HTML,
JavaScript, XML, SOAP, TCP/IP desirable
