Position Description/Responsibilities:

the help desk manager poition is responsible for managing the help desk at a vacation company

 

Responsible to manage and lead the level 1 team of resources working up to 5500 contacts per month (calls, tickets, emails)

 

Manage a team of 15 service desk analysts/supervisors

 

Responsible to improve 1st level call resolution

 

Must have experience using footprints / remedy
